Promotion System

A promotion shall be determined within the optimum promotion scale for employees who meet the standard point for each position.
Except in case of a person of excellent outcome, a selective promotion shall be available for the period of 1 to 2 years shorter
than the standard stay period in each position. For the promotion for each position, it is mandatory to acquire the score
of foreign language in a certain grade and complete the in-company education.

Evaluation System

Donghaeng Corporation established a fair and objective evaluation system
to have operated for the proper compensation by outcomes and the improvement of employees’ competency.

※ The evaluation result shall be reflected on the development of individual competency
and the operation of personnel affairs such as compensation, promotion and transfer arrangement through sufficient interview and feedback.
